Hajj and Umrah Summarized in the light of Quran and Sunnah

Ḥajj and ‘Umrah is obligatory only once in a lifetime. And if anyone performs them twice, thrice or any number of times, they are counted as supererogatory (Nafl). So, that which is obligatory only once in a lifetime, and if a person fails to perform it in the correct and prescribed manner, it will be a cause of remorse and sorrow.

It is imperative for the one travelling to the Ḥaramain that he studies the rites of Ḥajj and ‘Umrah in detail from an authentic book based on the Qur’ān and Ḥadeeth and learns to perform it in the prescribed manner. Indeed Allāh is the true Guide and Helper!
