This Qaidah, which is used to learn the correct recital of the Quran which is in Arabic, was originally compiled by Maulvi Noor Muhammad Sahab Ludhyanvi. Thereafter, Masjlis Dawat ul Haq, Hardoi invested heavily in improvising the original edition, bringing in a lot of beneficial additions and corrections, and publishing it.
